...if you ever met our family patriarch and the founder of Blue Spruce Realty, Gary Foote, that is probably the first phrase you will recall about him. Gary met his wife, our mother, by selling her a car, a VW bug as it turned out. He then proceeded to buy and sell land and camps as an investment vehicle, the beginnings of what is now Blue Spruce Realty today. Gary remains active in the business, keeping us on the straight and narrow. And, while other agents and brokers celebrate occasional repeat business, we can claim that we have sold and resold some properties 3 or 4 times now, and that most people who ever worked with us, even if we were representing the "other" side, have come back for repeat business, over and over again.
