The Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors has released their June 2022 Market Report for Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. Results include total listings, pending sales, days on market, closings and more. In a nutshell; new listings, pending sales and inventory are all down from a year ago. New buyers will nod knowingly as Listings went from from 23 to just 12 days on market, inspiring buyers and their agents to be extra vigilant and creative in negotiating a winning offer. Meanwhile the median sales price is up to $460,000 for a single family home in Northern VT, up 19% from a year ago and well over the nationwide median price of $416,000. Closed sales are down 6.1% from a year ago and down 13% year to date.
