The Northwest Vermont Realtor Association has released their November 2022 VT Real Estate Market Report for Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.  In short; real estate inventory, pending sales and closed sales are down from this time last year for both single family homes and townhouses/condos. However market inventory for single family homes is minimally below last year’s inventory, whereas inventory for townhouses/condos is significantly lower than this time last year. The median price for both single family homes and townhouses/condos in this Northern VT market remains higher than this time last year. The average days on the VT real estate market for single family homes is 22 days– still well below last year– whereas the days on market for townhouses/condos is 16 days, actually above last year’s average at this time.
